I created Human by Practice because I believe work should give energy, not drain it. My work sits at the intersection of psychology, creativity, and leadership, helping organisations reconnect with what makes them human while building systems that actually work.
Organisations aren’t people, but they’re made up of them. People with families, faith, contradictions, and curiosities. Whether it’s a handful or thousands, each brings a spark. My role is to help create the conditions for that spark to turn into something shared.
Over time, I’ve become most energised by the spaces where learning, inclusion, and strategy overlap, where cultural change becomes tangible, measurable, and lived every day. I specialise in integrating inclusion into wider business practice, aligning it with strategy, decision-making, and systems of work.
My approach is rooted in warmth, curiosity, and lived experience as an LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent person. I use storytelling, data, and creative learning to help organisations see themselves clearly and move forward with intention.
