Programme Overview

This programme is designed to help organisations move past the generic awareness talk and into practical changes that shift behaviour, culture and systems. This programme blends neuroscience, lived experience across neurodivergence (including ADHD, AuDHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and more), leadership practice and workplace design to build confidence and capability at every level.

What the programme covers

  • Understanding neurodiversity and how it shows up
  • Barriers that impact attention, executive function, communication and emotional regulation
  • The reality of masking and energy cost
  • Inclusive communication habits for managers, colleagues and project teams
  • Redesigning performance expectations and unpacking "professionalism"
  • Designing meetings, workflows and role expectations with neuro-inclusion in mind
  • Scenario-based learning drawn from real workplaces
  • Practical tools you can use immediately
  • Optional coaching and capability-building for leaders

Format

Available as a half-day or full-day workshop, virtual or in person, with optional add-ons for deeper application. Can be adapted for anyone, from front-line teams, to HR, managers to leadership groups and DEI champions.

Why it works

We ground the learning in behavioural science, cultural intelligence and lived experience. The focus stays on real workplaces, not idealised ones. Every tool is designed to be simple, practical and easy to apply.
