Coaching & Leadership Intensives

Why this matters

Some moments cannot be handled in a workshop. High-stakes decisions, people issues, reputational risk and leadership exposure require space to think clearly, steady emotion and regain perspective. This offer provides focused, confidential support for leaders when the margin for error is small, and the emotional load is high.

How this works

Rapid, psychologically informed scoping

We start by understanding the situation through a psychological and systemic lens, what’s happening externally, what’s happening internally, and where pressure, emotion and risk are intersecting.

A grounded, reflective coaching space

Slow thinking, regulate stress and reconnect with judgement. Drawing on advanced CBT and therapeutic coaching approaches, we work with thought patterns, emotional responses and behaviour.

Sense-making and decision clarity

We explore options, language and consequences together, moving from overwhelm or rumination into clear, purposeful action. It's about sound judgement, inclusive practice, and alignment with values and responsibility.

Strengths-based leadership reorientation

Rather than problem fixing alone, my approach focuses on reconnecting with strengths, authority, and sense of purpose.

Clear, contained conclusion

Support is time-bound and intentional. We agree when the work is complete, once decisions are made, confidence restored or the situation stabilised.

What you can expect

Warm, grounded conversation

A space where you’re not performing as “the leader”, just showing up as a person navigating real complexity.

Honest reflection and challenge

Encouragement when you need it, challenge when it matters, and a clear mirror to help you see your patterns and impact.

Practical movement forward

We turn insight into behaviour. Small shifts, new habits, clearer language, better rhythms for your week.

Confidentiality and psychological safety

This space is yours. What we explore stays in the room.

Frequently asked questions

Is this confidential?

Yes. Everything we discuss stays between us, unless there is a legal safeguarding concern.

Leaders rarely get a space where they can be fully honest. This is that space.

Learn more about my approach.

Do I need to be struggling to benefit from this?

Not at all. Many leaders come because they want to grow, not because something is wrong.

Coaching is often most powerful when things are going well, because you have space to stretch, deepen, experiment, and reflect.

I’m overwhelmed. Will coaching add more to my plate?

No. Coaching should reduce pressure, not increase it.

Our sessions help you find clarity, simplify decisions, and create steadier rhythms. The work is designed to support you, not burden you.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Just bring whatever is on your mind.  Some people come with a specific topic; others don’t know where to start.

Both are completely fine.

How often do we meet?

Most people choose monthly or fortnightly sessions, but we can tailor it to your energy, capacity, and context.

Intensives and short-term support are also available if you’re navigating something time-sensitive.

Is this suitable for new leaders?

Yes. New leaders often get thrown into responsibility without support.

Coaching gives you the grounding, confidence, and skills to lead in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

Is this suitable for senior and executive leaders?

Absolutely. Senior leaders often have fewer places they can speak openly.

This work helps you think clearly at altitude while still staying connected to the human side of leadership.

Can we focus on inclusion, culture, or team dynamics as part of coaching?

Yes. Many leaders use coaching to explore their impact on culture, psychological safety, diversity, and the way they influence the people around them.

Can I combine coaching with training or consulting?

Yes. Many clients choose a blended approach, for example:

  • coaching for leaders
  • training for teams
  • diagnostics or strategy support for wider culture change

We can design something that fits your needs. Learn more about our leadership and management training.
