How the training works
Grounded in lived experience and behavioural insight
I blend psychology, neurodiversity awareness, human behaviour and my lived experience as an LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent person to create learning that feels real, relatable and immediately useful.
Scenarios, games, puzzles and real-world conversation
People learn best when they’re engaged. I use creative methods that help teams explore dynamics safely while still leaning into honest reflection.
Practical tools for everyday inclusion
Build everyday inclusive behaviour across teams. I focus on small, meaningful behaviours, micro-habits that build trust, connection and psychological safety.
Tailored to your culture, people and pressure points
Whether you’re just starting the conversation or tackling deeper cultural challenges, sessions are shaped around your context, your team’s needs and your organisational goals.

What group sizes work best?
Typically 10–20 for interactive sessions, but I can adapt for larger groups.
Do you offer sexual harassment prevention training?
Yes - our sexual harassment prevention training is designed to ensure you meet the requirements set out int the Worker Protection Act 2023 and the Equality Act 2010 to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment.
It goes beyond legal definitions to explore everyday behaviours, power dynamics, and practical actions that reduce risk, encourage speaking up, and support people when something doesn’t feel right.
