How It Works

Grounded in lived experience and behavioural insight

We blend psychology, neurodiversity awareness, human behaviour, and lived experience to create learning that feels real, relatable and immediately useful.

Scenarios, games, and real-world conversation

People learn best when they’re engaged. We use creative methods that help teams explore dynamics safely while still leaning into honest reflection.

Practical tools for everyday inclusion

Build everyday inclusive behaviour across teams. We focus on small, meaningful behaviours, micro-habits that build trust, connection and psychological safety.

Tailored to your culture, people and pressure points

Whether you’re just starting the conversation or tackling deeper cultural challenges, sessions are shaped around your context, your team’s needs and your organisational goals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will people feel uncomfortable or judged?

No. My sessions are warm, reflective, and psychologically safe. I never use shame or calling-out as teaching tools. Learn more about how I work.

Do you tailor the training for our sector?

Yes. All content is shaped around your team, challenges, and context.

Is this suitable for mixed groups or specific teams?

Either. Many organisations run mixed cohorts, while others choose team-based sessions.

Do you include lived experience content?

Yes, carefully and meaningfully, without sensationalising or retraumatising.

Can we focus specifically on neurodiversity?

Absolutely. You can have a full session or an entire pathway dedicated to neuro-inclusion and accessibility.

Can this be combined with leadership development or coaching?

Yes. Many clients blend inclusion training with manager development or one-to-one coaching. Learn more about coaching.

Do you offer virtual delivery?

Yes. All training can be delivered online, in person, or blended.

What group sizes work best?

Typically 10–20 for interactive sessions, but I can adapt for larger groups.

Do you offer sexual harassment prevention training?

Yes - our sexual harassment prevention training is designed to ensure you meet the requirements set out int the Worker Protection Act 2023 and the Equality Act 2010 to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment.

It goes beyond legal definitions to explore everyday behaviours, power dynamics, and practical actions that reduce risk, encourage speaking up, and support people when something doesn’t feel right.
