Turn Inclusion into a Daily Habit.
Most inclusion issues don't start with policy breaches or formal processes. They start between real people.
Our interactive workshops are designed to change how your team interacts every single day.

Jess's impact since 2013
Do any of these sound familiar?
You've done compliance training.
But the culture hasn't shifted and people aren't sure what's expected from them.
"It was just a joke".
You're still hearing this and nobody quite knows where the line is or how to draw it.
There's a perception gap.
Your senior team thinks inclusion is fine, but your frontline team does not.

Learning Outcomes
- Clarity on the small behaviours that build (or erode) inclusion day to day
- Shared language around bullying, harassment, discrimination, and banter
- Understanding of how bias shows up (and what to do about it)
- Shared agreement on what inclusive behaviour looks like in practice
- A simple framework for more courageous and curious conversations
- A personal action plan and collective accountability to go with it
How It Works
We don't do lectures. Instead, we focus on the practical: what people do/say every day and how to do it differently.
- We start with a game, not a slide deck. A rapid-fire image-based exercise reveals unconscious assumptions in real time. No one's put on the spot. Everyone has something to think about.
- The discussion starts itself. We unpack the small, ordinary behaviours that shape culture – comments, humour, assumptions, silence, and response.
- Practical, easy-to-apply definitions, grounded in the Equality Act 2010, Worker Protection Act 2023 (and other relevant legislation, depending on region).
- We delve into the lines and grey areas of inclusive language and banter mis-steps, recognising communication nuances and diverse experiences.
- We share a simple, memorable framework that participants can use immediately to have more courageous and curious conversations.
- To help participants apply the strategies right away, they'll create a set of actions to keep themselves and each other accountable.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this general DEI or inclusion awareness training?
This programme focuses on everyday behaviour and interaction. It looks at how inclusion is built or eroded in routine moments, conversations, humour, assumptions and silence, and what people can do differently in practice.
Is this suitable for all staff?
Yes. It is designed for mixed groups and frontline teams, and works across roles and seniority. Content is adapted to context and audience.
Will participants be asked to share personal experiences or disclose anything?
The work is scenario-led and role-based. Participants are not required to share personal experiences or speak about their own identity.
How practical is the session?
Highly practical. Participants work through realistic scenarios, practise responses and leave with clear actions they can apply immediately in day-to-day work.
Does this cover bullying, harassment and discrimination?
Yes. Clear definitions are covered, grounded in everyday workplace behaviour, so people understand where boundaries sit and how early action can prevent escalation.
Is this about calling people out?
No. The focus is on proportionate, respectful responses that address behaviour early, without blame or unnecessary escalation.
How does this link to trust and psychological safety?
The programme explores how everyday behaviour affects trust and confidence to speak up, and what individuals and groups can do to strengthen this over time.
Can this be tailored to our organisation?
Yes. Scenarios, language and examples are shaped around your organisational context, team dynamics and ways of working.
What support is available after the session?
Optional extras include practical toolkits, bystander skills extensions, manager reinforcement sessions and micro pulse diagnostics to support embedding.
